Ryan & Lisa,
The unit arrived yesterday. Shipping box was in excellent condition. The team dropped it right in front of the shop door. Unboxing was awesome. Assembly was great. I will say if you are not mechanically inclined get someone who is. Also everything is metric so make sure you have a good set of tools. Follow the instructions. They are not great but they get the job done. Everything went perfect. I put the oil in as the unit is shipped with out oil. Gassed the unit up. Read the start up procedures and asked my wife for the keys.
NO KEY's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went through all the packing material 3 times, looked everywhere, in the bag with the manuals, we went through all the shipping boxes everything. No keys very sad. I am now trying to get a set from the company. Because of the starting system you cannot run the machine without the keys.
You all did great. This is not on you but on the company.
